Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "jed4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated under the jed4d brand name, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses jed4d services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with jed4d, used to access platform services and manage funds.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided by jed4d, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and togel (traditional Indonesian lottery) draws.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User into their jed4d Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's jed4d Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by jed4d to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means the amount of money placed by a User on a specific outcome in any game or sporting event offered by jed4d.

2.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use jed4d services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when accessing jed4d services. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to access our platform from restricted jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program, gambling addiction support service, or other voluntary or involuntary restriction mechanism that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating your jed4d Account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as it appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP).
2. Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) and, if requested, additional supporting documents such as proof of address or bank account ownership.
3. Create a strong, unique password for your Account and keep your login credentials confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
4. Maintain only one Account with jed4d. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
5. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our customer support team.

2.3 Account Verification and Approval

jed4d reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time during the registration process or thereafter. We may request additional documentation to confirm your age, identity, residential address, or payment method ownership. Verification processing typically takes 24-48 hours for standard document submissions. Until your Account is fully verified, certain features including withdrawals may be restricted. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension or closure.

Deposits and Payment Methods

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transactions in other currencies will be automatically rejected.
• The bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any processing fees.
• jed4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• In rare cases where a deposit fails to credit to your Account within the stated timeframe, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

4.

Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Users may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000 for standard Users, with higher limits available for VIP tier members.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your jed4d Account.
• All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonuses.
• Withdrawal requests are processed Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 6-24 hours for bank transfers and 2-12 hours for e-wallet transfers, depending on your VIP tier and the payment provider's processing speed.

4.2 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

jed4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, you are limited to 3 free withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond the third in a single month will incur a processing fee of Rp 10.000 per transaction. VIP tier members receive increased free withdrawal allocations based on their membership level.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

As part of our commitment to preventing money laundering and financial crimes, jed4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns. We may request source-of-funds documentation, additional identity verification, or other information to ensure compliance with international AML regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jed4d offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of jed4d and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer has specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions. You must read and understand the specific terms for each promotion before opting in.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, or using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account termination.
• Only one active bonus may be used at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Depositing funds while an active bonus is in play may forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered according to the stated requirements before associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Users who make their first deposit at jed4d are eligible for a Welcome Bonus subject to the terms outlined on the promotions page at the time of registration. Typical Welcome Bonus terms include a minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement (usually 10x-30x the bonus amount), and a maximum payout cap. The Welcome Bonus is available only once per User, household, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

jed4d regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback programs, tournament prizes, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. Specific terms for each promotion are published on our promotions page and may include eligibility restrictions, time-limited offers, and game-specific requirements. It is your responsibility to review the terms of each promotion before participating.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets or playing games on jed4d, you agree to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after placement unless specifically permitted by game rules or in cases of obvious system error.
• jed4d reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, or limit bet amounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, advantage play, technical errors, or odds discrepancies.
• If a sporting event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official rules of the respective sport and betting market. In most cases, bets on canceled events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting odds and availability are subject to rapid change based on real-time event developments. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are final, even if odds change immediately after.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all bets. Single bet maximum payout is Rp 500.000.000. Accumulator/parlay maximum payout is Rp 1.000.000.000. These limits may be lower for certain game types or markets.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets offered by jed4d include football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, international tournaments), basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, MotoGP, and other sports. Results are determined by official league and tournament results as published by the governing sporting body. For Indonesian football leagues, official results are determined by the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and the league operator.

6.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slots operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions. Game results cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced. Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit game software will result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

6.4 Togel (Lottery) Rules

jed4d offers togel betting on official draws from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau markets. Results are based on official draw outcomes published by the respective lottery operators. Bet types include 4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, and Shio. Each bet type has specific payout structures and rules as detailed on our togel games page. Bets must be placed before the official draw closing time for the respective market.

Responsible Gaming

jed4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts through your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per gaming session or time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jed4d services for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months or permanently.

8.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using jed4d services if you are under 21 years of age or located outside Indonesia.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identity information.
• Sharing your Account credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your Account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in fraudulent betting patterns.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or loopholes to gain unfair advantage.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent documents, or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise jed4d systems or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jed4d staff or other Users.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or location-masking technologies to access jed4d from restricted jurisdictions.

9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jed4d shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or e-wallet services.
• Temporary unavailability of services due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in sporting event results, odds displays, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jed4d services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jed4d services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six-month period preceding the claim.

10.

Account Suspension and Termination

jed4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide requested documentation.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to respond to our communications or requests for information within specified timeframes.

Upon Account termination, any remaining balance derived from legitimate play will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees, bonuses, or amounts owed to jed4d. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited entirely.

11.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jed4d is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of jed4d services shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process by contacting our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution authority. Users located in Indonesia agree that any legal proceedings must be conducted in accordance with Indonesian procedural laws where applicable.

12.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

jed4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email, Account notification, or prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of jed4d services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using our services and close your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
